The best way to improve your spoken communication skills is to JUST SPEAK. Let's be precise on English language communication skills. 

Here are a few tips :

1 - Instead of speaking to yourself in your vernacular language, try to speak the same things in English language.

For example - I need to hurry up, take my shower, go for work and likewise.

 

2 - Read aloud articles in English from the newspaper. 

3.Study Grammar from a grammar book. Read each Parts of Speech very carefully. For example : Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs, Adjectives, Prepositions, Conjuction and interjection.

4. Make sentences with new words regularly. Write the sentences in a notebook.

5. Learn 5 new words everyday and use the words in your regular conversation.

6. Last But Not The Least - Record your own self talks in English. Listen to the recordings and try to rectify them.
