Hi Mr Hari,
Patience comes out of Practice. When you teach, spare your entire time to him alone. Don't encourage mobile or any other conversation. Sit with him and watch tv and rhymes and play games. Ensure your priority to him. It will make him happy, and he will automatically start listening to you and learn. To say, all of us needs affection and attention and nothing else.
