Here I am going to discuss resistance and resistivity.
Resistivity: Resistivity is nothing but a specific natural resistance of a material. Typical means for a particular material i.e if we compare copper and diamond the resistance of copper is less than that of diamond i.e it very from material to material, therefore, it is called specific resistance.
Resistance: It is nothing but opposition to the flow, i.e. it will obstruct the flow, but it is a cobination of opposition offered in a flow the word combination means the resistance of a material plus the resistance of other devices to which that material is connected. For example when you connect the wire to a battery then it will have a natural resistance(loss) of wire as well as there will be some resistane(loss) in a battery that is called resistance.
