This course is designed in way that it would help the students to learn the baiscs if baking from scratch. They would learn how to measure indredients, how to bake a perfect cake, use of microwave oven, coating the cake, decorating the cake with different types of nozzels. Also they would be trained to make different types of pastry cakes, chocolate cakes, cupcakes and gourment chocolates with different kind of flavoring.
