Hello Raj, I hope you are doing good.
A child learns any language by listening and imitating. People have different background, different culture and everybody has their own native language and at home they usually talk in the native language.
Country like India people study English but due to lack for spoken English atmosphere most people couldn't talk in English.

Or
Try to speak English on daily basis, start from smaller sentences. You can read any English articles to learn smashing vocabulary.
Watch English movies with sub- titles.
