I'm telling you how chanting OM can be beneficial to your health. Long chanting of OM will increase your maximum breathing capacity which in turn increases your vital capacity and heart rate variability. Chanting long OM creates ultra-sound which travels to the alveoli in the lungs and churns the fluid bubbles in the gas-exchange chambers and that produces sonoluminescence which creates lot of energy and that's very powerful. You might not even have to eat a lot for energy. That's the benefit of chanting OM and in the right way.

To me, Yoga is finding peace and tranquillity. I can't follow all the disciplines of Yoga nor can I feel the magical effects of Yoga like many claims (maybe, for not following entirely) but when it comes to finding peace in mind and change negative vibes to positivity, there's nothing like Meditation. I can feel the changes in my whole body from inside and outside after practising Asanas. My clients will agree with me too. So my suggestion will be, if you can't follow all the disciplines of Yoga just try one or two like me, you won't regret it.
