- Types of cameras
- Lighting - Lens, shutter speed, aperture
- Exposure settings, knowing the right lenses and exposure modes
- Introduction to image sensor, megapixel, ISO setting
- Depth of field, using it effectively and knowing factors
- Characteristics of lights, natural and artificial sources of light, quality and angle of light, use of reflectors
- Automations in camera
- Art of composition rules - framing, line of thirds, lines and shapes
- Use of flash photography, studio lighting setup with multiple flash lights, portable flash, lights modifiers etc
- Practical - Outdoor - basic camera handling, shutter speed, aperture settings, portraiture-use of reflectors, macro photography, freezing of actions
- Practical - Indoor - many practical studio sessions to help grasp the camera and subject
- Introduction to Digital Image Editing - Adobe Photoshop
