This meditation uses a combination of "Shavasana" and "annapan sati". What are world-famous techniques for relaxation and present moment awareness, and mindfulness?

1) Shawasan - Removing stress from each part of our body removing stress and thoughts from our mind, step by step, in a guided way.
2) Anapan Sati - Focusing our mind on our natural breath. Making our awareness deep into each breath. Allowing mind to be observer instead of doer.
