However, I personally like padahastasana, bhujangasana, sarpasana, veerabhadrasana, paschimottanasa, padmasana, vajrasana, anjaneyasana, halasana, sirshasana are good.

5. Shavasan for 10 min.

6. Pranayama for min 10 min.

7. Meditation for 10 to 30 min.
