Hello Vishal. Learning a new language starts with being positive and confident. You can become strong with spoken english provided you follow the practice methods seriously. There is no hard and fast rule that one particular method is fruitful. Any tutor can only give you the guidelines to practice. But the final result comes only when, you have belief in you, with sufficient amount of hard work. Remember, nothing can be achieved in few weeks. Anything needs time to become fruitful.

Hello Ameer, Wanting to converse in English is no rocket science. It is as simple as your mother tongue. The only difference is that you have ample number of people around you to speak in your mother tongue.
Therefore, one has to grab every opportunity that comes their way to speak in English. Just some dos and donts:
do
* shed fear that others may laugh at your mistakes.
* stand before a mirror and talk to your image companion.
*watch and listen to a lot of english in movies, TV shows, songs ......and also others who are speaking in English.
*believe in yourself.
dont
*be conscience of your grammar.
*stop when you are out of words, use simple words instead. Let the ideas flow.
*lose hope.
Also, a tutor's guidance can definitely lay a good road to your learning journey.

Hello Amit. You mentioned that you are an introvert and like to remain silent.Being so is not a problem at all. When in groups you can remain silent but be observant of the various speaking patterns what others have. Back in your own space, stand in front of the mirror and start practicing for about a minute on any topic, in the beginning. slowly increse the talk time in front of the mirror and keep observing yourself.
Later, start to participate in small discussions with family and friends. Then, as you gain confidence, expand your group size.
Coming to fluency and vocabulary, let your thoughts just flow out in your words, and that is fluency. Initially, use the words you are very confident with. Pick a word and find the equivalent words for it. Then use them in your talk. If not used in the beginning, do not worry. Slowly add on to the list of the words you use.
These will definitely help you overcome with your nervousness and empty mindedness in front of the crowd.
Above all, never leave the confidence in yourself.
