Yoga instructor with1year of experience, I have 6-7am & 4-5pm group batch going on

If u wanna pum up ur self for the day u can do before the class work but if there is lot of stress in ur work then would recommend you to do after it u will get peaceful sleep 😊

Morning is preferred time for yoga. empty stomach is the prerequisite for doing yoga. but if one is not finding time doing regularly at given time is more important than not doing it at all

However it's most important thing that we should remember

You can do yoga at anytime after 3-4 Hours having meal. But personally i recommend early morning yoga will give you more benifits.

In our daily life all may bsy with there work. It is difficult to have some time to do yoga. If possible you can do 15minutes on daily basis to change your lifestyle.
